CLEANSE PM Tea: - Week 1 - Drink every other night before bed - Following Week/s - Drink every third night before bed - Place 1 teaspoon of Cleanse PM tea into a tea strainer - Infuse in a cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes
Drink every morning after waking up or before a workout. Pour 8 ounces of hot water over tea and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. This tea is best absorbed with food, avoid taking with an empty stomach. Drink once to twice per day. This product contains caffeine. Do not take less than 4 hours before bedtime.
