Directions for Tea:
ACTIVATE AM Tea: - Drink 1 cup every morning with breakfast - Place 1 teaspoon of Activate AM tea into a tea strainer - Infuse in a cup of hot water for 5-7 minutes - Remove tea strainer and drink
CLEANSE PM Tea: - Week 1 - Drink every other night before bed - Following Week/s - Drink every third night before bed - Place 1 teaspoon of Cleanse PM tea into a tea strainer - Infuse in a cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes
Drink every morning after waking up or before a workout. Pour 8 ounces of hot water over tea and leave to steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. This tea is best absorbed with food, avoid taking with an empty stomach. Drink once to twice per day. This product contains caffeine. Do not take less than 4 hours before bedtime.

Place one bag of our Tea in a tea cup with handle
Fill coffee cup half way with hot water and let it steep in for 5 minutes (If you want to make it more effective, cover cup and steep for 10 minutes)
Add a small amount honey or lemon for added natural taste, if desired
Drink it when you feel comfortable with the temperature
